We specialize in providing elite traditional rehabilitation services with focus on the provision of physical therapy for a variety of medical diagnoses, primarily orthopedic, neurological and pain related problems. All of our full time therapists have experience in college level competition/sports.
Our Wellness Program provides maintenance services and transitional training from the post rehab phase to readiness for gym, road or field. We offer individual training, group classes and metabolic assessments.
Injury Prevention Services include video movement analysis for a variety of sport functional movements (running, jumping, bat swing, golf swing and throwing). Certified Functional Movement Screening and Certified Therapeutic Kinesio-taping are offered to reduce injury and sustain engaged activity time.
Batting cages are available for facility training rentals as additional support to our athletic community.
We are working towards our vision of providing the full continuum of fitness care from rehabilitation back to gym, road or field & prevention services to then keep you going.
